To prolong the lifespan of the yoga mat, we discourage the use of footwear during practice, as the shoe soles can damage the mat's surface, particularly the TPE layer. All natural rubber possesses a harmless rubber aroma, which can be gradually faded by wiping the rubber side with a damp cloth and placing the mat in a well-ventilated area for 5-7 days.
